We are looking for a hardworking and ambitious individual to join our team. Our team is committed to providing excellent service to help our clients achieve all of their real estate goals.
The newest member of our team must be highly motivated, willing to learn a new skill set and is very detail oriented and organized.
The Buyer Specialist role is devoted to meeting and exceeding buyers needs. The Buyer Specialist must have excellent ability in converting leads into closed deals.
Job Expectations:
Prospect for buyer leads, converting leads to appointments and servicing buyers
Daily office time including daily prospecting
Preview all team listings
Follow and tracking of all buyer leads
Building and harvesting sphere-of-influence for referrals
Role-play and practice scripts
Consults with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the Real Estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close.
Effectively negotiates for all buyer clients
Candidate Must Possess:
A passion for real estate
Strong rapport building and communication skills
Willing to learn scripts and dialogues
A strong work ethic
General computer knowledge (email, social media, MLS)
Clean and reliable transportation
A perpetual drive for self-improvement
