Gallagher Services provides residential and day programs for individuals with intellectual disabilities.
The function of the Site Manager is to coordinate residential and day services for individuals who are intellectually disabled. The Site Manager is responsible for the staffing, operation and maintenance of assigned site/s under the direction of the Director of Residential Services. This position requires a bachelor's degree in the field of Human Services and 3 years experience in a related field, at least 1 year of which is supervisory experience. Experience may be substituted for education on a 2:1 basis with approval of Administrator. Individual must possess a valid Maryland drivers license with no more than 3 points and medication certification by an approved DDA course within three months of hire.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
