Here are a few of the day to day tasks that you will assist with.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and other financial reports - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities - Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies - Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation - Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
They should also have a solid understanding of accounting principles and be able to effectively communicate financial information.
