Duties - Perform general clerical duties, including but not limited to photocopying, scanning, faxing, filing, and data entry - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist with processing tag and title paperwork - Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail - Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering supplies as needed - Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on assigned tasks - Provide administrative support to staff as needed Qualifications - Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Note:
