Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems under the guidance of a licensed electrician.
- Learn and apply the National Electrical Code (NEC) to ensure compliance and safety.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform electrical tasks such as wiring, conduit bending, and troubleshooting.
- Assist in the installation of electrical fixtures, outlets, and switches in commercial and residential settings.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Understanding of blueprint reading and interpretation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of frame carpentry and basic construction principles is a plus.
- Experience or interest in commercial or industrial electrical work is a plus.
As an Apprentice Electrician, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in the electrical trade.
