Responsibilities Coordinate with office staff to facilitate timely collection of payments Initiate proper invoicing and collection procedures Interact with financial management team Ownership and oversight of A/R processes including collections and billing Perform and supervise complex billing for a variety of project types Reconcile proposals, pay-items, and work-orders with field documentation to ensure final billing aligns with field activities Communicate with staff to resolve questions or any unclear billing issues Provide corrective feedback to staff when documentation deficiencies arise Facilitate payment transactions (accept credit cards, coordinate inbound transfers, etc.
) Research and respond to customer inquiries regarding billing matters Develop, mentor, and manage junior billing staff Contribute to development and adoption of new processes to facilitate our growth Ensure all entries recorded into the Accounting System are accurate and timely Generate appropriate reports Assist with other office tasks as necessary Handling incoming and outgoing collection calls Reviewing accounts and schedule contact dates for follow-up calls Skills Proficient with MS Excel and QuickBooks Excellent analytical skills along with the ability to create and present detailed reports Problem-solving attitude Ability to learn systems quickly Team Compensation and
