We are in need of a person that is upbeat, friendly, outgoing and well spoken individual to answer phones, customize reservations and provide top notch customer service.
Memorizing a script is necessary for this position.
You will be to be confident in sales and techniques to help boost sales.
Incentives and bonuses throughout the year are possible.
Most of the day is answering the phone and taking reservations, answering questions, routing messages to the right person and interacting with clients checking in or out.
No high pressure sales, just offering and educating our clients on what is available.
This person must be well spoken and have a pleasant phone voice.
Attention to detail and computer skills are necessary for this position.
Hours are M-F 11-7pm.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
