The Cosmetic Patient Concierge Coordinator is responsible for delivering consistently superior customer service to patients and clients by providing appointment and procedure information and education, assisting with Care Credit applications, Brilliant Distinctions, Aspire Rewards, Lasting Beauty Rewards, Global and Site specific promotions, and other patient loyalty programs offered by AAD.
The Cosmetic Patient Concierge Coordinator will act as an experience and patient advocate specialist, and ensure the patients/clients feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated throughout their cosmetic journey and repeated visits.
A proven track record of world-class customer service and a compassionate, 'can-do' personality is required for success in this position.
Proper attention to detail and customer focus/empathy are essential to achieve the required levels of Client and Patient satisfaction.
This level of patient service is to be executed daily through interpersonal team member interactions, patient in-office interactions, vendor interactions, and also via phone & email correspondences.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday from 8a-5p.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Check-in and Check-out process at the front desk Update client information and provide necessary forms for completion Create client profile in the EMR as required and according to protocol Reconcile daily charges and cash, checks, and bankcard payments Ensure that every patient that walks through the site's doors are beyond satisfied with their visit, phone call, treatment, procedure etc.
- by delivering consistency, respecting patient discretion/privacy, and catering to a unique and elevated patient experience.
Take ownership of signing patients up for rewards programs, credit applications, discounts & loyalty programs Assist with inbound calls and scheduling patients Make outbound calls to patients to assist in preparation for booked patient's upcoming appointments as weel as for events & promotions Escalate any unresolved patient issues to Cosmetic Suite Manager, as appropriate, and partner with management on a satisfactory and meaningful resolution.
May be required to work occasional evenings during special promotions & events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1-year medical office or spa experience is strongly preferred Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal, telephone & written communication skills Computer proficient We need someone who is detail oriented, dependable and a team player who is willing to jump in and help others at all times Job Type:
