CCMI is a nationally renowned prevailing wage labor compliance consulting firm.
CCMI currently has four locations across the country with headquarters located in San Mateo, CA.
CCMI works with public agencies to collect and monitor certified payrolls, reviewing for compliance with State and Federal prevailing wage regulations.

Summary:
Contractor Compliance and Monitoring is seeking a midlevel to advanced Labor Compliance Analyst/Auditor.
Each of our Analysts undergoes specialized training in the intricacies of prevailing wage and will have a thorough understanding to lend expertise to our varied client base.
We are looking for someone who can work independently, conduct job audit, as well as onsite interviews of workers and can attend preconstruction meetings.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Attention to detail, accuracy and multi-tasking abilities are mandatory.
There is a potential for advancement to a management position with more wages and benefits.
Analysts perform certified payroll audits and provide a report of findings directly to our clients; as well as relaying information to contractors for any action items that need to be addressed.
Responsibilities and Duties:
The Labor Compliance Analyst will report directly to our one of our managers.
Analysts are integral members of our team:
navigating prevailing wage requirements from the inception of a project through its completion.
This includes reviewing payroll and determining if correct wages are paid, fringe benefits made, and all other aspect of labor compliance have been fulfilled.
Each project will have its own unique requirements, and it will be the responsibility of the Analyst to gather each requirement, and relay information to the respective individuals responsible for meeting compliance.
Gathering certified payrolls, and other related documentation, executing detailed audits, composing reports of findings, performing discrepancy research, providing support, and being the main point of contact for any prevailing wage labor compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
College Degree or equivalent experience.
Some exposure to prevailing wage compliance.
Being comfortable conducting worker interviews on a construction jobsite.
