Summary:
Fast growing well established General Contractor is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office - Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office - Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls - Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email - Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries - Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, copying drawings, etc.
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Ability to computerize data entry efficiently - Experience as a clerk with strong typing skills - Knowledge of administrative tasks and office management This position offers an opportunity for growth to the right individual.
