Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Checking in and scheduling clients for therapy and psychiatry appointments in an electronic scheduler (currently many clients are attending virtual sessions) Checking insurance authorizations Making reminder calls Filing Problem solving Communicating with various staff to rearrange schedules when need arises Answering phones Responding to requests for medical records and other duties as assigned Sending letters to clients Stocking supplies/maintaining inventory in the office At least 6 months of experience in a medical or mental health office/setting is strongly preferred.
This position requires someone who enjoys working in a team environment, is organized, and who possesses strong computer skills.
